In my role, I help manage project coordination, track resource allocation, and ensure compliance with onboarding processes. Daily tasks include updating trackers, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving issues related to hiring, approvals etc. I also facilitate communication between teams to streamline operations and meet project deadlines.
Yes, I have developed my project management skills, including stakeholder communication, problem-solving and attention to detail. I’ve also improved my proficiency in tools like Excel, Monday, SAP Fieldglass etc, as well as my ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks effectively, and navigate compliance processes with greater confidence and efficiency.
I really enjoy my programme as it provides valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to develop a variety of skills that are beneficial in consulting. I appreciate the exposure to real-world challenges, collaboration with different teams and the chance to improve problem-solving and communication skills, which are essential for my professional growth.
My programme is well-structured, and while it took some time to fully understand the timeframes and expectations, everyone is willing to explain and provide clarity. Independence is encouraged, but support is always available. I now have a good understanding of the learning requirements for each quarter and portfolio completion.
I receive strong support from my employer, with clear guidance from mentors and managers. While independence is encouraged, help is always available when needed. Regular check-ins, access to resources, and a supportive team ensure I can navigate challenges effectively and stay on track with my learning and development.
I receive good support from my training provider, with clear guidance on qualification requirements. They are responsive to questions and provide useful resources. While some areas require independent learning, there is always support available when needed, ensuring I stay on track.
My qualification through the training provider has significantly enhanced my role performance. It has provided me with a deeper understanding of project management concepts, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication strategies. This knowledge allows me to approach tasks with more confidence and better contribute to team objectives.
