  • My role focuses on guiding clients through organisational change management, particularly during technology transformation projects. This includes managing business engagement, designing and delivering training, overseeing communications, and supporting overall business transformation. A typical day begins with team meetings to discuss actions, priorities, and any updates from the previous day. Afterward, our internal team aligns on the goals and milestones we need to achieve. Throughout the day, I usually participate in client meetings focused on addressing training requirements, reviewing planned communications, and resolving any challenges or complexities that emerge.
