There are a multitude of different opportunities with a lot offered to help apprentices grow and excel, otherwise I have developed and learnt new skills from my very first day of employment
The content is always interesting, and I always will advocate for people to try get hands on experience on site if possible.
The programme is well structured and monitored, be it by your Employer's skills coach or by your work line manager. Monthly meetings, monthly reviews, quarterly reviews and progress and development improvements are always made.
A lot of support has been given educationally, professionally and the company takes mental health seriously.

From what I seen Skanska takes all aspects of someone seriously whether it be their professional growth or mental health, all of which is needed to grow and become successful.
