    • I manage a team of 8 people, planning, selling and managing events for up to 2500 people

    • The course has been really informative and encourages you to think more about what you do an how you do it. Building on skills already in place to develop more a a Manager

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • We have in-person training days with other members from the same company which are really interesting and the best part of he program. It can be hard to juggle day to day work with the program but it is very enjoyable

    • From a Compass perspective very well organised and they are keen to see us succeed and progress

    • From the company as a whole there is the encouragement to succeed, in the day to day they are really supportive but it can be tricky

    • They are supportive, I think things could have been explained more at the beginning to make it easier as you go through the course

    • It builds on skills and gives new perspectives which definitely help increase performance

    • There is some networking and we do try and host team socials when the business allows! Compass also have a YouMatter commitment so there is always a monthly wellbeing focus

    • There are lots of opportunities for growth and development
