Learning to understand and oversee the electrical side of the construction industry. Carrying out tasks safely and efficiently while learning about it.
Greatly improved my communication skills and self confidence.
Constantly learning something new while being paid is the best way to keep focus and increase your understanding.
Very well. There’s your direct site team as well as apprentice mentors and an amazing HR department.
Depends on the individual. If the support is needed all you have to do is ask, they’ll support you in any way they see beneficial.
Improvements could be made such as more one to one support if needed but overall they have the relevant information to guide you towards where you need to be.
The more you learn theoretically in the classroom the more you start to physically understand on site.
Not that I’m aware of, however if there is a one off event it is advertised and we’re encouraged to attend.
