All modules are interesting, some more then others, if definitely gets your brain thinking . There is always someone to help from aptem if needed and I've had plenty of help from my managers, I throughly enjoy doing my apprenticeship and learning new things
Very organised although it helped me to plan ahead, my manager gave me set hours and days for my off the job training and I managed to go over the hours that was needed.
Lots of support, suppored my off the job training by giving me jobs that were relevant to the module I was doing. Different managers helped with answering and explaining my many questions on different areas.
A lot of support if and when needed, always get pointed in the right direction and also helps with functional skills revision.
It's definitely a confidence builder, I'm alot more confident in dealing with complaints from customers. Also learning about how the business is run makes you understand how things work on the shop floor, where the priority zones are and where employees need to be at.
