  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy working onsite and being involved in all the works occurring. I enjoy working with lots of different people. I enjoy being part of a bigger project and being able to see the progress of the project.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organist ion and job element of the apprenticeship is very dependent on the team around you. I have been able to take on a lot of responsibility however do feel undertrained at times.

  • A lot of support from my colleagues and line management, but not much from the wider company.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Enough to pass the modules but nothing particularly out of the expected.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Minimally, elements are useful but most of those have been covered in internal training courses anyway. The qualification is largely the ticket through the door, and I would say that 90%+ of what I have learnt was been as part of my job. This is the more valuable learning opportunity.
