I enjoy working onsite and being involved in all the works occurring. I enjoy working with lots of different people. I enjoy being part of a bigger project and being able to see the progress of the project.
The organist ion and job element of the apprenticeship is very dependent on the team around you. I have been able to take on a lot of responsibility however do feel undertrained at times.
A lot of support from my colleagues and line management, but not much from the wider company.
Enough to pass the modules but nothing particularly out of the expected.
Minimally, elements are useful but most of those have been covered in internal training courses anyway. The qualification is largely the ticket through the door, and I would say that 90%+ of what I have learnt was been as part of my job. This is the more valuable learning opportunity.
