My role involves releasing security over properties the bank holds a charge over. My team involved with all the processes e.g. releasing the charge and providing documentation.
I am now able to use internal systems more with confidence, my communication skills have increased and I would say my time management skills and organisational skills have increased

There’s plenty of networking events the apprenticeship council sets up for us to network with eachother, there’s plenty of online webinars to develop and further our skills
