Involved with change manager for the app and website. Support the team with documentation and analysing tech processes.
I have improved dramatically on my active listening skills and note taking. Interpersonal skills are improving also.

There are parts of it that will help like time management and responsibility/ownership. However, the role and qualification doesn't align perfectly.
