It's a really good company to work with, plenty of space to progress, networking is really important here and it's encouraged to network a lot. Very friendly management, even upper management is very approachable which is very rare in different companies.
Be yourself, be friendly and approachable and open to new experiences and don't be scared of taking new challenges
