As I am currently in my first year I am moving round areas in the technical team. I have been in labelling and am now in regulations. Day to day, I keep an eye on mailboxes, pick out information from various different sources of information that may impact coop etc.
I have definitely learnt new skills and developed existing ones. Some examples of these are time management, communication skills and confidence.
I am absolutely loving what I am doing, I am learning so much. Everyone is super lovely and is always happy to answer any questions I may have no matter how stupid they are.
I personally think really well, especially after a recent restructure we have had
Lots! I have weekly one to ones with my manger and mentor but they are always happy to support whenever I may need any help.
Quite a lot. I have my 12 weekly meetings with my training provider to check up on us, we are also able to email at any time if we need help with any thing. There are also teams meetings between our uni blocks for us to have the opportunity to ask more questions.
I don't know if there are classed as extra-curricular but there are often activities on and network groups that I am able to join. I also have the opportunity to go to professional networking events.
Yes
I personally find it such a great place to work, the opportunities we have and the fact that everyone is just super lovely!
Make sure you look at the history of the co-op and what it stands for, as saying why certain work that co-op does resonates with you is super important. And also just be yourself
