Absolutely! This role allows you to develop on a huge variety of skill sets that is also transferrable into many areas of your life. For example: communication, adaptability, persuasion, organisational skills, and many more. The biggest perk of this role in my opinion! -
I enjoy the programme thoroughly. It has a great balance of ensuring you meet your daily tasks in work at a sufficient level, whilst also ensuring you have a fun time doing so.
It is well organised as things are laid out really clearly. There are flexible time lengths in regard to the programme which allows us apprentices to manage our time accordingly.
At Softcat you receive great support. Everyone wants everyone to do well here. Softcat provides various informative training sessions, time to book in 1-2-1 with seniors, as well general support from your managers, team, etc.
I am satisfied with the support I receive. When support is needed, I am able to receive quick and great feedback. This includes frequent 1-2-1 check ups, able to ask questions at any time, etc
This qualification is great for my role as it allows me to better understanding in both sales as well as understanding more of what I am selling. It allows me to try and develop new things which leads to constant growth.
There are various activities to get involved in. A few of these include, running clubs, football clubs, charities, and volunteering. In terms of our office, we have a PS5, table tennis court, pool table, Wii, and many more!
