paralegal within residential conveyancing - taking part in pre-completion and post-completion work. currently working alongside the client and developer solicitors to register shared ownership houses.
communication skills, in-depth legal property knowledge - putting this to practical use, effective study, language skills.
i love my team and the work that i do, my manager is incredibly helpful and supportive, the apprenticeship provider is good
very well structured, the process of shifting roles was smooth and my study programme was structured from the beginning
incredible support, particularly from my manager and early talent team - in times of illness or bereavement, i have been supported to prioritise my physical and mental health. in day-to-day work, my support system within work is always available.
i have meetings every 6 weeks with my skills coach and a small catch up in-between. the study is structured and clear, it is self-guided and independent. i think the fact that all students work and study differently needs to be considered as the programme is almost too structured.
the study to achieve the qualification is applicable to different roles within our workplace, the real estate module is the closest to my role now - learning about the legal process of residential conveyancing.
there are always volunteering events for different causes and activities such as gym, pilates and football. we have social events approximately every 3 months.
