  • In my role I have a responsibility of coaching the team and running shifts in order to make sales and beat targets. I am responsible for the financial and cleaning side of the business etc

  • Yeah, I have learned new things involving the kitchen, and different leadership roles to suit my team

  • I find my apprenticeship easy and enjoy the learning side of it, I get a lot of help from people around me and learn new skills everyday

  • I like how well structured my apprenticeship is, the modules are spilt nicely through the month and I find it easy to complete with enough time

  • I received a lot of support from my employer, however I also find it easier to learn things I’m struggling with myself

  • A lot of support from my parents coach, I revive regular check ins and monthly calls where we can go through anything I’m struggling with at the time
