  • HR local tasks including employee accounts, payroll, absence and processes, managing banking for the club including variations, tills and orders and receipting. Managing non paying memberships and the relationships as well as ad hoc tasks around club,

  • 100% I am fortunate to receive not only support from my manager but also from other areas of the business to build on all HR related skills and coaching.

  • The program is intense but I love it. It has encouraged me to really look at the business and how I can help support on a wider level. I have received so much help and support internally.

  • Very well organised and structured I know what is expected from me, my training provider and my company.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • This is everything! Way more than I ever expected and more so from people in other clubs, departments and others in much higher positions. It is this support that is enabling me to really achieve and learn.

  • Again lots my coach is wonderfully supportive

  • Not only does it mean I can help those in my club and my area (east) but it will give me the skills and knowledge to move across the company
