  • I really enjoy the amount of exposure I get in this role and how supportive everyone is

  • It is well structured, but quite difficult at times as I am the first apprentice in my team so there’s nothing I can go off of but my team step up and help with this.

  • A lot, I have regular catch ups and have an open relationship where I can casually ask for some support

  • A lot of support also, they are very understanding and willing to help

  • It syncs very well with my role. It has allowed me to have knowledge on some tasks set I wouldn’t know before

  • I attend networking events and have joined culture club

  • You get to exposed to so much here, there’s always something going on and everyone is so supportive of you and happy to help
