    • On a day- i'm responsible for overseeing headcount/budget as part of the business management side of my role, and be involved in exciting projects such as planning a Service Summit. For the people engagement side of my role, i get to be involved in talent development inititives and improving how we engage with our colleagues

    • Best decision i have made- everyone is so incredibly supportive and i really feel as though i can grow professionally and personally at BlackRock!
