My role includes handling information requests, preparing contracts and collaborating on projects on a day to day basis.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've developed project management skills by getting the chance to lead and follow through on certain projects which I was only able to assist on previously. I've become more adept with Azure DevOps and other technology tools like OneTrust, Excel and more.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme as it allows me to receive critical work experience, broadening my knowledge in the financial field whilst also studying for my higher level apprenticeship.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is quite well structured as lectures are regularly scheduled with frequent check ins from my managers and coaches.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

My managers and colleagues make a constant effort to provide support by scheduling frequent catch ups and ensuring I feel comfortable with workloads

We're provided with weekly lectures and the opportunities to ask questions during and after.

My qualification helps ensure I have a wider insight into the financial field, providing me with more knowledge required for me to perform better in my role.

There is a range of networks that have constant events available to attend.
