  • Look after the People Team inbox helping with queries etc, general manager contracts, and helping with projects.

  • I’ve developed my confidence, my ability to push queries back to other people, I’ve learnt everything HR as this was my first HR job. I’ve developed my communication and my teamwork.

  • I enjoy my programme however the tasks are sometimes a bit confusing but my manager supports if I need help.

  • I receive so much support, they are amazing and will always help when I need.

  • It helps me to understand other HR roles more in depth which allows me to know who to go to with different queries.
