Look after the People Team inbox helping with queries etc, general manager contracts, and helping with projects.
I’ve developed my confidence, my ability to push queries back to other people, I’ve learnt everything HR as this was my first HR job. I’ve developed my communication and my teamwork.
I enjoy my programme however the tasks are sometimes a bit confusing but my manager supports if I need help.
I receive so much support, they are amazing and will always help when I need.
I have recently started to receive a lot more support:)
It helps me to understand other HR roles more in depth which allows me to know who to go to with different queries.
