  • As a Group Manager/Chef my role us to make sure all the company values are adhere on e.g. recipes are followed, health and safety etc. And for a smoothe running of the business.

  • I have learnt a lot and developed the ones I had before. I learned people strategy, I have learned how Business operates from both customers and owner, the amazing workshops online and in person, improved cooking techniques and presentation skills and I have become a more confident person.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme to the max, the workshop both online and in person, new cooking techniques and presentation, learning business, customer and just how to manage effectively. more confident in dealing with people and situation. The courage to take on new challenges, having a deeper look into plate waste.

  • Very well organised, big thank you to HITTRAINING patience and time to make sure we the learner get it right and Compass for organising the work shops with these amazing chefs

  • A lot always on hand to help and time off when needed to study, attended workshop and even giving me the opportunities to take on catering function for development, how to do costing and sending me to other contracts for experience.

  • 100% always happy to help and provide any learning materials available

  • Very well, my tutors regularly do role play which help me to be confident in my day to day role. Setting me new task.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Professional networking where I go to other site to work with other chefs on menu development, menu launching etc, Social activities where teams members meet to have fun day. But sport teams would be welcome.

  • Yes

  • Simple because there are so many potential and opportunities here, and everyone is given a fair chance to grow and become a better person. I am a living testimony of growth under Compass, don't think I could grow so quickly on my own. Thank you Compass Group UK
