2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have covered many KSB’s on the L7 Senior Leafsetship that enhances my business skills and contributes to my job and team. From a business perspective in competitive analysis, global communications, financial planning, leading teams and marketing

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find the university a bit unorganised to begin with, but my tutor and support at DL are great

To begin with no much, however now I am working with the head of apprenticeship and she has been amazing

Coach is great, some tutors are better than others

I can honestly say I’ve used every learning element so far and a year in I am so much more business savvy and confident

Just do it, it’s so great to keep learning and being able to learn new skills and behaviours that will make you more confident in your role.
