I have learnt how to more effectively run shifts and become more organized with my shifts. I have also learnt how to better deal with any unusual request from customers last minute and how to solve any issues that have been raised.
I have really enjoyed my programme and my trainer has been a massive help helping me gather extra resources and helping me in between visits with the tasks given. I have also enjoyed doing extra pieces of research and being able to use them within my daily role.
My programme is very well organised. I have been able to easily follow the programme and find relevant information for each module.
I have received a lot of support from my employer. When possible I have had time set a side from working in the kitchen to complete work for my apprenticeship and completing extra tasks/training outside of my normal job role.
My training provider is always at hand either via phone or email for me to ask any questions or receive extra help if needed.
It has helped me better understand how to effectively manage and motivate the team when on my own shift. I will also be able to better my problem solving.
