On a day to day basis, we have a DSUM which talks about wellness and how you are feeling, then talks about the workload that is on at the minute. Just carry on with any work that is on at the minute or know that is coming, we could have meetings through out the day, the rest of the day just carrying on with the workload we have.
I have learnt, about maturity assessments, learnt how to use the BMS search and look up documents and how to add documents, also learnt about Manufacturing Instructions, Green inking, routing, request for wood shop, machine shop and steelworkers, running the DSUM, attending meetings, gaining confidence in attending meetings and speaking out,.
i enjoy learning and gaining new skills in each of the placements i have been, however i do not enjoy the training side of attending college as that has not been good.
it is organised but could be more organised as better communication
I have 100% support from my skills coach
there is not alot of support from the training provider, its rushed.
i dont think the training i get from my training provider has any benefits on my role, i better by learning from my employer
