  • Supporting and partnering with Director and Heads of level stakeholders across the Audiology business for all people requirements. Leading on people annual plan tactics to deliver our strategy.

  • I am continuously learning, the apprenticeship has given me structure around where my learning priorities are and helping me explore things which would be outside of my day to day remit, for example change management and finance.

  • I am really enjoying the opportunity of networking with others, both inside and outside of my organisation and being able to reflect on my learning through how my KSB's are progressing

  • Great structure to ensure all elements are hit for the KSB's and end point assessment

  • My line manager and wider team are fantastic in supporting, both in giving me exposure to learning, the time needed to complete and checking in with progress

  • Good support with regular meetings to check in

  • It massively helps, it has given a structure to my learning and an opportunity to apply to the workplace

  • Yes, lots. We have social committees, networking events, internal networks to join and an opportunity to attend professional events too
