I usually go to the site of the client that I have been assigned to and work with the team that are base there, helping out with anything that I can and dropping in on their meetings as a team.
I have greatly developed my computer skills as they are very important in this industry. Also my teem working skills are now much stronger as the company has a strong emphasis on teem work.
The people that I work with are a lot of fun to be around but at the same time very professional and provide a lot of knowledge. There is also a great sense of independence as you have a lot of freedom in what you want to do.
The amount of effort that they have put into this scholarship scheme is obviously very high so I feel very valued and i know that my fellow colleagues also feel highly valued in the different lines of work that they were placed in.
The programme is very well structured, they have clearly thought of everything. There is always something to do throughout the day, I have never had a moment where I am bored or lacking things to do.
They provide you with so many people that you can get in touch with if you ever have a problem, who are all very knowledgeable and helpful, so there is always someone you can talk to if you have a problem.

The salary is good but the train costs are very expensive, so I end up spending about a quarter of my salary on travelling into work. But they do offer you accommodation for you first term.
There is very often a social going on, for example urban golf, a boat party and there is always dinners or drinks going on on a friday after work. My team would often go out together for lunch as well, which was a good opportunity to get to know them.
Yes
They clearly put a lot of effort into this program. They are obviously growing very fast at the moment and have very big visions for the future. All of the employees are all very helpful and you can see they are all very good at what they do so its a great learning environment.
Do a lot of research into the company and the industry for the interview and practise a lot of psychiatric tests online as they test you with these online and at the assessment centres and many people find them very hard.
