  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have two half-days dedicated to college work, which suits me perfectly. It allows me to complete everything without overlapping into my job hours and vice versa. The college content is clear and easy to understand, and I get regular feedback from the college and my manager that I am progressing on target.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The team is very respectful of my designated college hours, which is incredibly helpful. They understand that I am learning and provide support with my college work queries just as much as they do with my procurement role questions. I don't feel that my college work is seen as separate from my role; instead, it's considered equally important to the job I am doing for Sage. My manager offers constant support and regularly checks in on my college progress during our one-on-one meetings.
