To provide and create, data and reports. Which assists the HR Managers in their own tasks. I undertake the role of note taker in full team meetings and I am assisting on multiple projects within the team.
I have definitely developed my communication skills, but other skills such as my Excel capabilities and time management have been really crucial to my learning.
I'm fairly new to my programme still but it has been very good so far and I am enjoying the content.
I would say my programme is fairly structured but as I am still new so still finding my feet with it.
I receive lots of support from my employer, including from my manager and the whole team but also the wider business with the variety of apprenticeship training programmes they provide.
I receive a fair amount of support from my training provider but as have only had a few learning sessions yet its still fairly new.
I think my qualification will definitely improve my performance in my role, it will give me a strong basis of HR policy and legislation and help to improve skills such as customer service etc.
There are many opportunities to get involved in at work such as sports and social events.
