  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Again, I've only recently started and I am currently doing the basics. It's been manageable so far.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • While related to my role, there is a large focus on sustainability. Sustainability is in the wider corporate affairs team but isn't directly related to my roles.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there has been 2 off-sites in a 6 month period already. I go to most volunteering events and there are plenty of social activities.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • So far it's been easy to adjust to working life. Plenty of support and not ridiculous expectations on me.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?
  • I was told that I would always be busy, straight from the off. While most of my team seem to be, that hasn't necessarily translated to me. I am sure with time my workload will increase however.
