A lot of them! Mostly how t interact with different people, wuth different backgounds. I've also learned how to give and receive better feedback.
I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm learning a lot of new things and the working environment is reaaly good and friendly.
It is very well organized! We get frequent help from our manager and more experienced colleagues and even from people outside our team.
I learned all fo the company's values and what to do in different situations. It's also good to feel that the company as great values and the Human part is really important for them.

There were! We work in an hybrid environment which means that if we're in the office we get to talk with a lot people from different teams and areas of expertise
