    • learnt new project management skills and techniques by completing the apprenticeship.

    • It is beneficial to learn new skills and develop my knowledge. It can be quite hard to learn with it being an online only course.

    • Easy to follow and was outlined at the beginning of the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • i am allowed my stated study leave each week to complete my course, managers are also willing to help if i ask questions to learn from their experiences.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • tutor is available for scheduled reviews and she tries to respond ASAP to replies but she sometimes struggles due to the amount of learners she has to manage.

    • alot. new skills, knowledge and techniques I've learnt have helped me in my job role significantly
