It is beneficial to learn new skills and develop my knowledge. It can be quite hard to learn with it being an online only course.
Easy to follow and was outlined at the beginning of the programme.
i am allowed my stated study leave each week to complete my course, managers are also willing to help if i ask questions to learn from their experiences.
tutor is available for scheduled reviews and she tries to respond ASAP to replies but she sometimes struggles due to the amount of learners she has to manage.
