Yes definitely so far I have learnt about how self awareness is really important as a leader which has really helped me motivate my team. I have also been using the different types of leadership throughout my shift running which has allowed me to lead a lot more effectively
I really enjoy it- I look forward to my apprenticeship day every day and I find it really engaging
Very organised- work is set out into months and each tasks have specific daily deadlines allowing me to stay on track. Webinars are also given in lots of notice
A lot they help me plan in different tasks to help me go towards my OTJ hours and I am given a full work day weekly to complete my work.
