  • My role focuses on delivering marketing campaigns across all of our platforms. My role is essentially a project manager, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders

  • I'm learning and developing everyday and am provided with many structured learning opportunities delivered by the company.

  • I have not yet started my programme due to issues with the course.

  • I'm now 4 months into my apprenticeship and have not started my course or do I know who my course will be with or what my course will be. This is due to restructuring and miscommunication between my company and collages.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, especially through my manager. My manager has a lot of time allocated to helping me with what ever I need and is very open to my needs.

  • I have not yet started due to miscommunications

  • I currently do not know which qualification or provider I will be using however I feel as though my manager will pick a relevant one.

  • There are lots of extra-curricular activities organised by staff

  • I have recommended Sage to many friends as it is a place that once you are here they look after you and respect a work life balance.

  • I applied 4 times to get this role, competition is high but do not give up.
