I very much enjoy the programme set to me, from the studying to the actual work, I think it is a well thought out programme designed to help me gain my professional qualification
Having the ability to have 3 12 month rotations, allows for growth within the industry, it will allow me to get good hands on experienced with different areas in the finance sector, this allowing me to potentially find the career path I would like to go into, rather than being pigeon holed into a career path that needs to be selected prior to joining the company.
My employer is very invested in my journey, from holding weekly meetings to having conversations of career growth and my studies, they are very supportive.
I receive a lot of help from my training provider, they have a well structured set up to handling various ways of learning. So if one form does not suit you, they can offer a different one.
It allows insight and knowledge to be captured so I can then use it within my role, from an education stand point it allows for me to understand more of what finance has to entail.
