My role involves completeing daily reconciliations, monthly reconciliations. Posting monthly journals to ensure an accurate ledger poristion
I have learnt a lot pf general accounting knowledge. I have also developed my IT skills, confidence and Excel skills
I mostly enjoy my programme.
From the raining provider side it is well structured and clear
I recieve a lot of support from my line manager however not much support from the 'apprenticeship' team within the organisation. It is unclear who the contacts are and they don't come back to you very quickly. It appears the graduates recieve a lot more support and attention than the apprentices
Lots of support from the training provider. They help with any issues and set up calls regularly
I think my qualification helps a lot. It helps deepen the understanding I have of my role
One networking event in april as far as im aware
Yes
I'd recommend them as an employer but not as an apprenticeship employer
