  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • I do not enjoy the long blocks away from Home. I would rather them be week blocks (which it is 2nd year and above.)

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • They fund my courses on top of my qualification an are really helpful. However, since coming back to site you do not hear much from the early careers team.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • I received a lot when in Leeds, but have not heard anything since being back at site.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I think it would have been beneficial to teach us things of the curriculum, such as excel.

    • There are lots on offer however they clash with my personal activities

    • Yes

    • Supportive Company with lots of perks.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAM?

    • I would say be prepared to be chucked into the deep end, although this I see as a positive. You have to think on your feet and be confident.
