I do not enjoy the long blocks away from Home. I would rather them be week blocks (which it is 2nd year and above.)
They fund my courses on top of my qualification an are really helpful. However, since coming back to site you do not hear much from the early careers team.
I received a lot when in Leeds, but have not heard anything since being back at site.
I think it would have been beneficial to teach us things of the curriculum, such as excel.
There are lots on offer however they clash with my personal activities

Supportive Company with lots of perks.
I would say be prepared to be chucked into the deep end, although this I see as a positive. You have to think on your feet and be confident.
