Serving customers, providing a service and keeping up with production
I’ve learnt so many new skills and I develop these skills every day
I really enjoy the programme. I was very lost in what direction I was taking in life but this programme has made me find a passion. I’m well supported throughout
My tutor is very good at making sure I am organised and structured. He provides plans and resources to ensure i understand and I know what is coming up.
I have been given a coach within the workplace. This coach supports me and makes sure I have everything I need for my apprenticeship.
I have regular check ins, teaching and learning and progress reviews from the training provider to ensure I am okay and can achieve my best within the qualifications.
I believe the qualification has given me more knowledge and experience to excel in my role but also to develop confidently.
We have crew parties which are funded for by our franchisee.
