  • I really enjoy the programme. I was very lost in what direction I was taking in life but this programme has made me find a passion. I’m well supported throughout

  • My tutor is very good at making sure I am organised and structured. He provides plans and resources to ensure i understand and I know what is coming up.

  • I have been given a coach within the workplace. This coach supports me and makes sure I have everything I need for my apprenticeship.

  • I have regular check ins, teaching and learning and progress reviews from the training provider to ensure I am okay and can achieve my best within the qualifications.

  • I believe the qualification has given me more knowledge and experience to excel in my role but also to develop confidently.

  • We have crew parties which are funded for by our franchisee.

  • Yes

  • McDonald’s can be a very stressful work environment however the people you work with only want the best for you. It is a full supportive system and everyone wants people to achieve their goals.

  • Just be yourself. That is all they ask of you. Be respectful and follow our values.
