The workload and support from the apprenticeship was very manageable and helpful.

Felt very supported in the beginning until there was a change up in departments, then there were new managers and higher ups who might not have known the extent of how involved I need to be on the apprenticeship side of things.
A lot of support, Firebrand and my mentor have been amazing, I actually enjoyed doing my apprenticeship work as it was so structured, I knew exactly where to start and what was needed.
