Managing the internal BT asset register
I have passed my ITil 4 exam
I have really enjoyed my time at bt learning new things and getting a lot of experience
The program I am on is very well supported from my line manager aswell as BTs internal early careers team. Not to mention support from my learning provider
I receive support from all areas of my team, manager aswell as the collage side of things
When working towards qualifications my learning provider has helped and supported me with regular support sessions with more than 1 person from the collage
I feel my collage work has given me a better understanding of office work and specifically what I do day to day
Around the office a lot of social events of all kinds have presented themselves through the apprenticeship that I can opt in or out for
Yes
It is a very welcoming and supportive business that I am proud to be apart of
Be confident and ask a lot of questions if you are unsure. There will always be somebody there to help support you. Just ask
