I have learnt and developed in so many ways since starting working/my apprenticeship. My d&t skills have vastly improved, my phone skills. but most importantly for me personally I feel that my overall confidence has improved a great deal which is aiding me daily in progressing with achieving goals related to my role and developing as a person on a whole- in addition my understanding of business in the wider context has grown.
I am enjoying my apprenticeship - I feel like it is helping me understand the inner working of business ( my company) more and giving me a great foundation of knowledge that i can carry with me as my career develops
I feel like my apprenticeship is structured well, I meet with my trainer regularly who explains what the plan is for the session - and what work is expected of me - answering any questions offering support whenever i need it. I am aware a head of time what the next assignments/session are going to be.
I am receiving all relevant support from my employer. My line manager is very supportive and checks in regularly with me ensuring if i have any queries she will help, offering me advice for my assignments - she ensures i have scheduled all relevant time in my diary to complete my work
I feel like my training provider offers all relevant support, they have explained how the course is structured what to expect. i know i can contact my trainer whenever i need support or have queries. my trainer is consistent.
I feel that my apprenticeship training is helping me understand my role within the wider business how i help achieve the business overall goals. helping the business build a skilled work force, enable to the company to grow.
