I really do enjoy my place here at howdens all the staff are very kind and the company takes care of there employees I have learnt a whole lot from my experience here
The programme at howdens is well structured however us as apprentices could do better at requesting guidance
Whenever I have requested support it has always been given in good time
We receive the correct guidance when it comes to needing help for our course work
Learning different techniques benefits us because they have transferable skills which can be used in the factories
I’m unaware of any of these but I do believe some are in place
