1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my role I am required to serve fast food to customers by either making the food to a great standard so every customer feels satisfied with the service or serving the customers directly making sure I engage in friendly conversation and there needs are met.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed in my teamwork skills and have learned being more patient and caom in situations when it gets busy

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy this programme very much it is giving me a chance to really expand on my knowledge and learn new things

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is very structured and is easily applicable. I am able to find things easily and if I need a helping hand I have my mentor or apprenticeship coach there to help me and support

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great deal of support as they always make sure they are giving me the time to complete my learning

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I am receiving above and beyond support to work towards the qualifications

It helps me get a better understanding of what is going on around me and to better understand myself and how I can improve

I would recommend McDonald’s to a friend as it is a loving environment everyone helps one another and u can take away so much from your experience
