I’m a crew member at McDonald’s, this includes serving customers and making food for them.
I’ve improved on my upselling techniques and my confidence in talking to customers.
I enjoy my programme a lot as I find it enjoyable and have a helpful trainer that helps me when I need anything.
It’s is very well organised as I am able to find what im looking for very quickly and easily
I receive a good amount of support from my employer.

I feel that my qualification has helped my performance in my role as I’ve been recognised for my hard work that I’ve taken onboard from the learning I’ve received.

It’s a friendly environment where everyone is very friendly to eachother. It is a job where you can connect to people and make new friends easily.
