Leading the team to delivery excellent customer service and guide them on a path to achieve goals in line with the company and store targets. Keep the team focused on their roles and coach them to excel in their role
I have developed skills in leadership styles and management. I have learnt more about business operations, for example stock control, equipment maintenance and measuring success as a business
I have loved my journey on this programme, I feel supported by my coach and my management team at work. I am given plenty opportunity to learn and grow in my role, it has given me more motivation and purpose at work. Knowledge is power
Very well structured, I have a clear workload set out for me each week and feedback given consistently
I receive an abundance of support, I get allocated time each week to study and extend my learning as well as coaching and learning opportunities on every shift I work. I feel very supported
I receive a lot of support towards my qualification, I have monthly meetings to discuss topics I don't understand and time to solidify my learning as a whole. As well as support in preparation for assessment, with opportunity to do mocks that help me build confidence before assessment
