  • Manage a team of asset finance specilists to arrange finance options for Corporate clients, my role is to coach, motivate and manage these colleagues.

  • I have become a more strategic thinking manager and can look at the bigger prespective when leading my team of colleagues.

  • I really enjoy the programme as it has shaped the way that I think, behave and interact with my colleagues.

  • It is very well organised as modules are well spaced out. Would like more face to face classes though.

  • I get a day per week to work on my apprenticeship which really helps me to stay on top of the apprenticeship.

  • I have a tutor that I can go to for any support

  • I perform better as a manager as I know view situations with a different prespective and think more strategically .
