I am based at the babies room at our everyday role is to safeguard the children, plan, observe the children during the day.Care for them while following all of their needs.
I learned many new skills such as planning activities and complete a lot of assesments
I really enjoyed all the programme for example read the modules and complete the assessments, plan for my case studies and make children's life better.
Is very well organised and my tutor helped me a lot to achieve and go to the end of the programme.
The previous employer was giving me a whole day out of the room to complete my work, which was very helpful.
A lot of support in every requirement , especially with my maths functional skills. They supported me very much to achieve and also during the change of the nurseries I had a lot of support too.
I have learned a lot around guidances, such as the EYFS framework etc. Those are helping me through my life at the nursery and I learned to safeguard the children and know what to do when something I feel is not right, learned how to observe the children and support their development.
Yes, the children at preschool are doing ballet lessons every Tuesday.
Yes
Because they really care about children and their families, the community and we share the same values, such as love.
