I manage front of house in a pub connected to a hotel .
I have done both and still learn everyday .
I enjoy being able to put my learning into practice . I also enjoy how it’s make me a better and stronger team member and manager .

On my current course the support has been amazing , they have an understand of my learning needs and my personal circumstances and helps me and believes in me .
It ha made me have more of an understanding of all the things I don’t get to see day to day but still play an important role in a business .
Yes we hold social occasions and have several different groups such as glow

It’s a strong company with good practices and allows talent to show from everyone .
