As a Building Services Engineering apprentice, i check installations, track snags, updating rams and update quality records of the projects i also amend drawings and navigate through the model. Each day, i work with site teams, subcontractors, and managers to keep projects running smoothly and attended site meetings and tool box talk .
yes, i defiantly learnt a lot though out my partnership, some of the skills are : - i have learnt how to use technical software such as AutoCAD ,Revit, revizto 5, Bluebeam... - My communication skills has improved. - I learnt more about how a project site is managed. - i learnt how systems function on site.
I truly enjoy my program. My daily tasks challenge and engage me while enhancing my skills, and I value the supportive interactions with colleagues and external partners. The responsibilities and diverse projects fuel continuous learning and professional growth, making the experience both fulfilling and motivating
collage wise It wasn't really that organized i was l over the place most of the classes i have attended was not beneficial and more of a waste of time. but work wise it was okey there wasn't really a structure every day is different day but it could have been better and the company is improving.
I received support every day and every time i needed support
i did receive a fair amount of support , especially when i was gathering information for my portfolio
i would say i learnt more on site then collage i still feel unconfident with the knowledge i have gained from collage.
yes, there are. I have attended an event and yet there are more to come, there are some other activities such as marathons and other but i don get involved in that kind of activates
Yes
because you do get the support that you need , you do learn everyday and the company is always wiling to help each individual though out there journey
when in doubt ask question because you will get support rather than remaining silent and suffering alone. the company hears your voice
