The programme is adding to my current knowledge giving me more tools to do my job better. I am enjoying the course so far and looking forward to do more.
The programme offers enough time to allow us to complete the coursework around our regular working hours. The modules have some gaps in between so you are not constantly under pressure. You can program your work/holidays well ahead in time having the dates already set for the whole duration of the course since the beginning.
The employer allows me to take all the necessary time to do my activities in line with the apprenticeship guidelines. I can adjust my shifts if I have mandatory training to attend or if I need to complete assignments in time.
The training provider supports us constantly with extra workshop and seminars about academic skills. We have a personal tutor we meet at least once a month to help us go through the apprenticeship's coursework. We have the possibility to extended the submission deadlines with no penalties if we have personal issues or too busy with work
It's only the first few months but I believe that in the long run I will see more benefits having more knowledge. So far it has been helpful.
We organise extra activities ourselves. All the activities mentioned in the examples plus charity events, social clubroom events, staff and club members party and more.
