  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • What I do in this role is be the first point of contact for customers via webchat. I would be helping customers with their queries and complaints they have and make sure they are satisfied. I would also have training sessions every now and then to help upskill us.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship programme is very well structured as we have set days to work on the apprenticeship side of the role and there are deadlines where we have to meet so I would say it is well organised.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my manager as we have 1 to 1 sessions every week and we discuss what I need to improve on and any further training if needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive support from them as they are always reachable, whenever I have a question I can easily reach out to them however, some of the tasks that are set for us does not have enough information on what to do on them and we do get given loads of work for very short headlines

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like the qualification would not be very helpful towards the role as for a customer service role you can get a job in this role anywhere with a bit of training. I think doing a whole apprenticeship for it is useless as you cant go further after this level 3.

    7/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • In the workplace we have loads of social activities taking place every other week and a lot of events so it is good to socialise and network with other people in the business
