  • In my role I deal with customers queries through webchat and do my apprentice course work every Fridays. I interact with customers and my team members on a daily as well as gurus who provide support on any difficult queries. My responsibility is to make sure the customers leave the chat happy and all needs are met up to standards.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to use different apps and tools such as torch, ensek etc. I have also learnt how to understand what a customer may need, how to handle queries, how to be understanding towards the customer.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme to the extent where I enjoy working with my team and working with customers through webchat especially when I understand what I am doing.

  • The apprentice work has been set and sent for the rest of the year with a due date we also get a 1 to 1 support from our trainer as well as extra training if needed.

  • I receive just about enough training to understand the job and role.

  • I receive a team day once a month or in 2 months to work on a task together.

  • I feel that my qualification will help me understand how to work with customers and the diffrent roles in customer service.

  • Yes there is different activities which you can get involved in such as team rep, lead etc
